The business is founded and run by Dale Finch, who holds dual qualifications as a refrigeration engineer and an electrician, with over 15 years in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. That combination means a single visit can cover the refrigeration circuit, the electrical work and the surrounding pipework — no second contractor, no hand-offs.

Services cover heat pump and refrigeration service and repairs, hydronic and underfloor heating, hot water and swimming pool heat pumps, and residential and commercial installations, alongside commercial refrigeration, dairy farm refrigeration, stainless pipework and engineering, ventilation systems, and SS9 IQP building warrant of fitness inspections.

The approach is deliberately local and owner-led: technical expertise combined with North Canterbury knowledge, tidy workmanship, good communication and fast turnaround from site inspection to completed job.
